We created a CRM system for a company using Airtable. I configured the following features:

📌Automatic distribution of leads among managers based on their availability and expertise. 📌A customer visit booking form using Calendly, which allows clients to choose their preferred time and date for a meeting with the company’s representatives. 📌Analytics dashboard to track the company’s and managers’ performance, such as processing time of applications, success rate, revenue, etc. 📌Email campaigns to follow up with clients and prospects, using personalized templates and triggers. 📌CRM integration with other platforms using Make (Integromat), which enables data synchronization and automation across different tools and services.
