The client initially requested the use of either Zapier or Integromat for automation. However, we opted to use Webhook instead, which not only provided a cost-effective solution but also fulfilled the client's automation requirements for free, eliminating the need for monthly subscriptions to Zapier or Integromat.

To ensure that the managers' work was accurately reflected, our task was to utilize Google Data Studio to showcase specific data, including the number and duration of calls, the number of sent, opened, and replied emails, and the number of Linkedin invitations.

We achieved this by first setting up data transfer from CallHipo to a Google spreadsheet. From there, we implemented data segmentation using appropriate formulas before moving the data to Google Data Studio, where I configured the display of data through graphs to deliver easy-to-understand insights.
